We strive to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning products.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

The 30-day return period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier. If the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or for hygiene reasons. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or labels
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return authorization
  4. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  6. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package
  7. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged during shipping), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the package.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after we process the return, though this timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

The exchange process follows the same procedures as returns. You must return the original item within 30 days of delivery, and it must meet all return eligibility requirements. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of exchange items. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but occasionally items may arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number.

For damaged or defective items, we will:

  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Cover all return shipping costs

Please report any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for full resolution.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping errors and will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or installation
  • Large or bulky items that require special handling
  • Returns initiated after 30 days but within 60 days of delivery

Restocking fees do not apply to returns due to our error, defective items, or damaged items.

Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of your return (including any restocking fees that would otherwise apply). Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Store credit is issued as a unique code that will be sent to your email address. You can apply this code at checkout for your next purchase.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.

Refunds for international orders will be processed in US dollars and converted to your local currency by your financial institution. Please note that exchange rate fluctuations may result in a refund amount that differs from your original payment.

International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance and international shipping times.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend requiring a signature for delivery or using a secure delivery location if you are concerned about package theft.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once the order has been processed.

Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted
  3. Contact us if you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund
